Todd Reid is no stranger to the world of real estate. He has been managing his own rental properties for 13 years. He started DK Realty four years ago, when investors he was doing business with wanted a full-service organization that offered property management. In 2009, after investing significantly in up-to-date technology and a strong team, DK Realty opened up its services to the general public. Reid intends to excel in all areas of his business, setting strong goals for success. In fact, he hopes to turn DK Realty into one of the top three property management companies in Atlanta. The company grew 50% in 2010, and is working to grow another 50% in 2011.
