Melissa Stepanovich is the vice president of Mira Construction Inc., which serves Springfield, VA and its surrounding area. Her husband, Mira Stepanovich, is the president. They run the company, which launched 12 years ago, together. Mira provides remodeling, decks, driveways, renovation, and new construction to name a few of the company's services. What makes the company unique, says Melissa, is the way Mira works with customers to give them exactly what they want. “He will go to the store with a homeowner to show him or her stone or hardwood floors or whatever they need to choose,” she says. “I don’t see any other contractor doing stuff like that.”
