Sean Kelly is a licensed, certified respiratory therapist who has resided in New York for over 45 years. It was during his time as a CRT that Kelly noticed that many senior citizens were unable to afford the co-pays required to obtain needed medical equipment. This observation is what inspired Kelly to affiliate himself with the American Advocacy Healthcare Federation, a nonprofit Medicare benefits advocacy group that assists patients in the Buffalo area.
