Jim is the owner of two Fitness Together personal training studios in Newtown Square and Frazer, Pennsylvania. He has been passionate about fitness for the past 40 years. He started swimming competitively at the age of 9, and continued right through college, where he achieved All America. In the years since college, he has run in multiple 10Ks, completed the Philadelphia Marathon, and most recently, competed in an indoor rowing competition. Much of his formal education is business oriented (BA in Economics from East Stroudsburg University, MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University, PhD in Accounting from Drexel University), and he has taught Accounting at Villanova University for the past 20 years. However, he also recently earned an AAS in Health and Fitness from Montgomery County Community College and is a nationally certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a member of the American College of Sports Medicine. This unique background helps him educate and inspire his employees and clients as they work towards their personal goals. Jim believes that exercise is one of the key dimensions in a holistic approach to wellness, and looks forward to sharing his passion for fitness and helping you reach your full potential.
