Raymond Melani is the owner of Melani Bros., Inc., a replacement contractor in Richmond, Va. Melani and his brother launched the company 27 years ago after having grown up learning the trade from their father, who was also in the industry. The brothers, who serve the southeastern Virginia region, have touched every part of the replacement contracting business – from marketing to production. Starting with little more than a pickup truck and ambition, Melani Bros. has grown to serve 15,000 clients, mostly through referrals. The company provides a variety of replacement contractor services, including window and entry door replacement. “People trust us to do what they want and what we say we will do,” says Melani. “We’ve always given more than clients expected.”
