David Chismar started in the construction industry in 1995. He was a commercial superintendent for 10 years and prior to that a craftsman carpenter. Three years ago, licensed contractor Chismar formed All Phase Construction. With his solid background and high customer care, Chismar wanted to start his own company. He felt he could offer his clients top quality work at competitive rates. He is thankful he made that decision and his clients agree. He specializes in taking unused spaces, such as: attics and basements and turning them into usable spaces the whole family can enjoy. He is also an expert in fencing and decking and can create beautiful outdoor spaces.
