About Mark Feinman

Mark Feinman is the owner of Complete Construction, a general contractor holding national certification for access modification, such as chair lifts and ceiling lifts, for the disabled and elderly. The company, which offers a two-year warranty on both equipment and labor, can also provide clients with barrier-free bathrooms, accessible kitchens, automated doors, and ramps and grab bars. Ultimately, it modifies homes for a person’s specific disabilities. “There are not too many companies that do what we do,” says Feinman. “I can go in with an array of solutions and years of experience to evaluate their needs.” Since childhood, Feinman has made inventions and gadgets to help people have more access to things. In 1976, after meeting a quadriplegic, who quickly became like an old friend, Feinman began working with the disabled community to create systems for their homes that would allow them to access second and third floors and other rooms with as much independence as possible. About 15 years ago, Complete Construction began exclusively working with the disabled and elderly. With six employees, the company has never had a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, says Feinman. “My policy is to treat consumers the way I want to be treated,” he says. “I treat every installation like a relationship because I take care of it. I have a good reputation for positive follow through.”
