Michael Normile is the owner and a worker for Mike Normile Driveway Seal Coating, which serves Mount Arlington, N.J., Morristown, and its surrounding area. For 30 years, Normile has been sealing driveways. Tutored by his father and grandfather, Normile is keeping the business in the family by working with his son, Walter Normile, now. The pair have no other employees working with them. Being a family-run business is a great motivation for doing an outstanding job for every client, says Normile. “We’re hands on, and we’re looking for word of mouth referrals,” he adds. “That means we're going to do the best job we can. It’s our name, after all, on the business.”
