Richard Linnabery is the President of Heits Building Services North Texas, a full service commercial cleaning company specializing in office and “green” cleaning. A longtime resident of the area, Richard has an extensive background in business management, and became interested in joining the Heits Building Services Company as a Master Franchise after learning about the company’s unique commitment to customer service and smart structure and organization. His favorite part of the job is providing training to new franchisees, and talking with customers to get their feedback.
