Jenny Havlik is the owner of Peace of Mind Concierge Service, which provides cleaning, organization, and errand services for residential and commercial properties in Milwaukee, WI and its greater metropolitan area. Launched in 2009, Peace of Mind aims to provide services at a reasonable cost. Havlik, who worked in the service industry for five years and began her career at a large cleaning company, was drawn to this work, she says. “I love to clean and help people,” Havlik adds. Peace of Mind Concierge Service's clients include the disabled and the elderly. Dedication to customer service, says Havlik, is what makes the company unique. "We have a good relationship with customers," she adds. "We're like family." And the company is determined to accommodate clients, whatever their needs may be. “We never say, ‘No,’” says Havlik. “We say, ‘What can we do to help you?’ We provide more than cleaning.”
