Kathy Michelman is the Fairfax County Management Operational Mentor (MOM) for Peer2Peer Tutors. Michelman worked in Fairfax County Public Schools for 20 years, the last 12 of those years as the College and Career Center Specialist at Robinson, the largest secondary school in the county. Michelman and her husband are the proud parents of a public interest lawyer and former student tutor, so she has seen the results of peer-to-peer tutoring firsthand.
