Jeffrey C. Hammond is an attorney and founding partner of Duque & Hammond, PA. Hammond focuses his practice exclusively on immigration law, primarily in the areas of employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, and consular processing. He regularly represents corporations and individuals, helping them obtain nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. Mr. Hammond served as an advisor to United States Congressman Chris Cannon on immigration policy while serving as a member of the Congressman's Immigration Advisory Counsel, one of only two immigration attorneys invited to participate. He is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Hammond earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctorate from George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia. Hammond lived for two years in the Dominican Republic, where he learned to speak fluent Spanish.
