Benjamin J. Ginter graduated from Muhlenberg College in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and Psychology. He attended New York Law School and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2001. He is a proud member of the American Bar Association, both the Union County and Essex County Bar Associations and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Over the last seven years, he has worked in many different fields of the law, particularly in the field of Consumer Bankruptcy.
