Paul Kariniemi is the owner of RetroFoam of Arizona, a foam insulation installation company that he runs with his brother, Patrick. Originally from the Midwest, the brothers founded RetroFoam of Arizona with the mission of helping homeowners in the Tucson and Phoenix areas save money by making their homes more energy efficient. Prior to co-founding RetroFoam of Arizona in May 2010, Kariniemi worked as a heavy industrial contractor and property manager.
