MacKenzie Door Company President Roger Soucek started his career with MacKenzie back in 1979, building doors part-time in the company's Reade Street shop. After graduating from college, he came on full-time at MacKenzie as a salesman selling manual door entrances and service. Working his way up the ranks, he became a sales manager, sales VP, and finally the president of the company, proving that hard work, dedication, and a little bit of smarts really can pay off. Soucek lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children.
