What Protections Are Offered Under the Federal Employers Liability Act?

Andrew Williams is a St. Louis native who graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 1990 and graduated from its law school in 1993. After working for the St. Louis City Counselor’s Office, where he prosecuted criminal matters and defended the City and the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department from a variety of civil claims, he became a partner at the law firm of Berg, Borgmann, Wilson and Wolk. Since then, he has embarked on a career of serving railroad employees in Federal Employer’s Liability Act (FELA) claims. Williams currently practices at the Rathmann Law Offices, L.L.C.
