About Kristie Ellis

Kristie Ellis, DVM, has lived in Marriott-Slaterville since 1998. She completed her undergraduate degree at Weber State University graduating in 2003 with a bachelors degree in Zoology. Dr. Ellis graduated from St. Georges University School of Veterinary Medicine (Grenada, West Indies) in 2007. She complete her first three years of veterinary school on the island of Grenada and then completed her 4th year of veterinary school (clinical training) at the University of Missouri. After graduating from veterinary school, Dr. Ellis practiced small animal and equine medicine in Casper, Wyoming for 2 years until moving back to Utah to be closer to her family. Dr. Ellis practiced at a small animal clinic in Salt Lake City for a year until opening Millcreek Animal Hospital. Dr. Ellis enjoys spending time with her pets and family. She hopes to become certified in veterinary acupuncture in the near future.
