Tracy and Damian Lynch share a lifelong love of learning and believe strongly that all students learn differently. They believe that every student deserves the opportunity to learn at their own pace and in a way that suits their learning style. It's for that reason they decided to become a part of the Tutor Doctor Family. As the parents of young children, Tracy and Damian understand the value of individualized attention for our children. Having been tutored successfully themselves, they understand how important a tutor can be in unlocking your true potential. Tracy is passionate about children and chose a career in pediatric nursing after graduating from Villanova University. She worked as a pediatric nurse in various settings for over 10 years and obtained her Masters in Nurse Education from the University of Hartford. Tracy is excited to be able to combine her love for children and her passion for teaching through her work with Tutor Doctor. Damian's diverse career path has led him to Tutor Doctor. Upon graduating from Georgetown University, he began a career in federal law enforcement. After a number of years in public service, Damian moved into the private sector and has spent the last ten years in various sales and marketing roles with Fortune 500 companies. He has always dreamed of owning his own company but could only do so if he was passionate about the service he was providing. He is thrilled to have the opportunity with Tutor Doctor to help students of all ages learn that they can master anything.
