Melissa Duncan is a North Carolina native who graduated from Elon University and went on the get her J.D. from Elon University School of Law. She is president of the Elon University School of Law Alumni Association, and is on the Elon University Young Alimni Council. Melissa has been admitted into the North Carolina Federal Courts, including Middle District Bankruptcy Court, and the North Carolina State Courts, including civil and criminal courts. Her practice areas include bankruptcy, wills, living wills, healthcare Powers of Attorney, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Workmans Compensation.
