John Bunnell is the owner of the CertaPro Painters franchise in Austin, Texas. He has been in the painting industry for over 20 years, after he started painting in college to make ends meet. Eventually he operated a College ProPainters outlet, a sister company of Certa Pro. Upon graduating from Clarkson University in upstate New York, he moved to Austin to work for The Westinghouse Motor Company in Round Rock. While at Westinghouse, he obtained his M.B.A from St. Edwards University and gained the position of strategic alliance manager. Needless to say, Bunnell has had had plenty of experience and schooling relating to the importance of a quality product and quality customer service. During the past 10 years, his CertaPro franchise has completed over 3,000 projects in the Austin area.
