Daniel Alvarez is the owner of Qualtech Heating & Cooling, an HVAC company in business for over 18 years based out of Danville, California. Alvarez and his family started Qualtech in 1993 after moving to the United States from Peru, where they also worked in the HVAC industry. Alongside his uncles, he has expanded his business to provide a variety of HVAC services for both residential and commercial clients in the East Bay Area.
