Loretta Larned began her real estate career in South Florida in 2004.After a tremendously successful first year of selling real estate, she decided to obtain her Brokers license and expand her knowledge of real estate principals, practice and law. In the fall of 2005 she came to visit family in Charlottesville, Virginia. She immediately fell in love with the area’s picturesque landscape, rich history, distinctive architecture, and southern hospitality. It was then she decided that Virginia would be the perfect place to live, work and raise a family. She is currently a Broker Associate working at RE/MAX Realty Specialists in Charlottesville, Virginia. She specializes in listing and buyer representation for various types of real estate including; residential, luxury homes, new construction, farms, estates, land, investment and distressed properties. Her areas of expertise include the city of Charlottesville and surrounding counties of Albemarle, Greene, Orange, Fluvanna, Louisa, Madison and Culpeper. She is a certified SFR - Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and has a great deal of experience in successfully closing these complex transactions. She also helps homeowners explore foreclosure alternatives available to them. Working for the largest RE/MAX in Central Virginia has allowed her to help many sellers and buyers make their dreams become a reality.
