Michael Richards has been a resident of the "Mold Capital" of the United States, South Florida, for 30 years. He has owned the Mold Restoration company, Americon Restoration Inc, in that sub-tropical region for 26 of those years. A college education has helped prepare him to tackle tough mold removal protocols and to be knowledgeable enough to teach a weekly class. His website, AmericonRestoration.net, is designed to handle Mold Inquiries and any questions from homeowners or business owners faced with a Mold Intrusion. His company and its employees are known for their cheerful attitudes and willingness to assist customers throughout the South Florida "MoldScape." He is a member and participant in the prestigious Indoor Air Quality Association and is active in the Coconut Creek Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Coconut Creek Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and is FEMA certified.
