Terry Bikowicz is the Vice President and General Manager of J & J Heating & Cooling, a full-service HVAC company serving Binghamton and the greater metro region. A lifelong resident of the area, Terry graduated from SUNY Oneota with an education degree and has been in the HVAC industry for over 20 years. "My uncle started this company in 1968 with the philosophy that if you treat people right and do an honest job at a fair price, they'll come back to you." He says his favorite part of the job is working with all of his employees. "It's fun to watch our people grow and develop as they're given all the tools and training they need. A company is only as good as its employees, and ours are the best."
