Ed Sims opened his first Doctors Express urgent care center in March of 2011 in Southlake Texas. Sims has over 30 years of marketing and sales experience with Monsanto Corporation, Union Pacific Corporation and Loews’ Corporation. His prior franchise experience includes ownership of Beauty First unit, a beauty products and services retail store in Palm Beach County, Florida. Sims holds a BS in chemistry from Emory University, a MBS in finance from University of Arkansas, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
