About Mike Mastracci

Michael A. Mastracci is an attorney in Baltimore, Maryland. Born and raised in Baltimore County, Mastracci attended grade school at St. Mark’s Catholic School and high school at Mt. St. Joseph’s College. He went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County campus (UMBC) in 1986 and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1989. Mastracci is admitted to the Maryland State Bar.
