If it seems as though your home or business is bursting at the seams with unnecessary clutter, then a junk removal service may be the best call you’ve ever made. Tom Driscoll of Framingham junk haulers Yellow Can Man says that his customers are often surprised at just how easy it can be to get rid of unwanted junk, clutter and debris. According to Driscoll, his company does everything possible to make junk removal convenient, straightforward, and affordable for the customer. Here, he explains what customers can expect when they contact Yellow Can Man, and how his service may be able to benefit you.
Make the Call
Finally clearing out the junk and clutter starts with making a phone call. When a customer calls Yellow Can Man, Driscoll says, the first step is identifying the customer’s needs. Driscoll does this by visiting the customer’s home or business, listening to the customer’s concerns, and then assessing the size and scope of the project. The cost, he explains, will be based on how much material is being removed, the types of materials being removed, and how much labor is involved.
“I provide free estimates,” says Driscoll, “because I always want customers to feel like they’re making an informed decision.”
Schedule the Service
Once a price quote has been provided and the customer has agreed, Driscoll schedules an appointment to take care of the job. In some cases, he says, the project can be handled the same day, or even at the same time, as the initial estimate. More involved projects may require a bit more planning. In these cases, Driscoll says, he’ll schedule an appointment for a time that works with the customer’s schedule, and then make the necessary arrangements.
Say “Goodbye” to the Chaos
Once you’ve booked your removal service, getting rid of the junk itself is a piece of cake. Driscoll says that his company can handle nearly any kind of junk, and there’s no project too big. He recounts a recent job that took place after a flood. Yellow Can Man virtually gutted the home, removing flooring, drywall, ceilings, insulation and more. He recalls another household cleanout project that took place after someone (a hoarder, apparently) had been evicted. The project required four 15-yard dumpsters and a substantial amount of time, but Yellow Can Man eventually prevailed over the mess.
“The place was packed from floor to ceiling,” Driscoll says. “Believe me, if we can do that, we can handle just about anything.” The company specializes in large-scale cleanouts, but Yellow Can Man’s capabilities range from simple attic and basement cleanouts to foreclosures, evictions and demolition clean-ups.
Driscoll says that his company strives to consistently deliver top quality service and fair, straightforward pricing. This is different, he says, than some others in his industry. “Everybody pays one low price,” he explains. “I’m not interested in the ‘nickel and dime’ way of doing business.”
