A lot of times reunion groups want catering, so of course we provide that. Sometimes they want to get together and be able to cook or grill outside, and we have accommodation for that. Some groups want us to plan a full schedule of activities; some only want assistance with lodging. We can be as helpful as you wish.
The size we accommodate can range from a small group of families to a large group — sometimes they run to 150 family members. Because we are within a day’s drive of the Eastern United States, we are in the perfect position to be an ideal location for far-flung members of your family.
Meals
We can provide as many meals as you want – either a full catering service or an occasional breakfast basket or two. Let us know how many meals you want - or don’t want - and we will provide exactly what you are looking for. For an evening of elegance, we can even plan a special catered meal in the privacy of your own cabin.

Family reunions should be a combination of fun activities and lots of free time to catch up and renew old friendships and family ties. We strive to combine the two to make the perfect reunion experience. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge attractions are tailored to your particular needs and interests, so there should be something to suit everyone in your party.
As the Smoky Mountains region offers shopping, fine dining, shows and sporting activities, nobody should be left wondering what to do. We have lots of entertainment in the area suitable for children as well, so there is no possibility that they will feel left out of the equation.
On-Site Facilities
We can also help if you want to have a special speaker – or speakers – at your reunion. We have sound systems you can use, overhead projectors, we can rent tent facilities if you want to go outside. We also have the ability to arrange for transportation with buses, and we can do baggage handling for them. It all depends on the group’s needs.
