Carol and David Bryant are a husband and wife team with almost 30 years of combined experience in the vacation rental and property market. They are owners of Eden Crest Properties, LLC, based in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg areas of eastern Tennessee. Here, they discuss the types of concierge services they offer their guests.
When people come to Eden Crest, we try to make their entire time with us a complete vacation experience. With that in mind, we try to be full service to all of our guests. If they need tickets to a show, a dinner reservation or help booking any of a vast number of activities, we help them with all of that.
Our full concierge services also include a range of catering services. If they want a private chef to come and cook a meal in their cabin, or if they want to order a basket full of food delivered right to their front door, we can provide it all. Here are a few of our other services.
Daily Maid Service
This is an optional service, and includes delivering fresh towels and removing soiled ones, making all beds, emptying wastebaskets and trash receptacle, washing all dishes and tidying the kitchen, and wiping down all sinks and cleaning all tubs.
Groceries
Why spend your valuable vacation time in the grocery aisles? We’ll stock the kitchen and refrigerator with items of your choosing, so you have more free time. We have a list from which you can make your selections.
Picnics
Whether you want an individual, group or family picnic, we do all the hard work for you. Choose a memorable location, either the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Little Pigeon River or a sheltered pavilion (we can reserve one for you). Then sit back and relax!
Massage
Revitalize your body, mind and spirit as you indulge yourself in the privacy of your own cabin. Smoky Mountain Massage Therapy will come on-site to you, providing either a Therapeutic or Just Relax massage. It’s the ultimate in personal luxury during your Tennessee vacation.
Outdoor Activities
There are so many things to do outdoors you won’t know where to start, so let us help. Choices include boating, fishing, golfing, bungee jumping, whitewater rafting, and float trips, just to name a few. We can help you plan exactly what you want, so let us take some of the burden off you.
Other Facilities
- Improved unlimited long distance in all our cabins, including free international calls and unlimited internet services.
- All of our cabins are equipped with washers and dryers, ironing boards and irons. All are stocked with linens, towels, washcloths, sheets, and dish towels for the kitchen. We also provide starter packs with soap for the shower, laundry detergent, etc.
- All of our cabins have pool tables and hot tubs on the decks, all have a Jacuzzi tub inside and some have home theaters and/or saunas.
