With all the new technology and equipment that is available right now, the popularity of high-tech businesses is out of control. Interest in owning them and taking part in them is snowballing—whether you are talking about companies involving gaming, gadgets, or anything else that has to do with technology and fun.
I myself have a hand in the gaming business, thanks to my video game truck company that travels to birthday parties and corporate events. We give party guests the opportunity to go inside this truck or trailer and play video games with all of their friends in which everyone can participate at once.
I also own a company called Boogie Heads, which offers high-tech equipment that can be taken to high-end events, parties, and other types of gatherings for people of all ages. With the use of a “green screen,” just like the kind they have in Hollywood movies, we can record people dancing and superimpose their heads on the bodies of professional dancers in music videos.
These are just two examples of the high-tech businesses I have going on right now. It is an exciting time to be in the industry because people love all the new gadgets coming out right now, and they can be addictive and fun to use. Over the past couple of years, the increased emphasis on technology has been hard to ignore. We have been in business for five years with Boogie Heads and in that time I have seen technology just take off. Our video game company is only three months old, but even in that short time, the industry has grown.
High–tech gadgets are everywhere these days, whether it is Apple’s new iPad or a new 3-D movie that is coming out. It’s an exciting time to run a business that is devoted to using the latest and most innovative technology.
