Here, he tells us how homeowners should get rid of the appliances and furniture that are too heavy to lift.
Oftentimes when homeowners take on an extensive remodeling project on their own, they get to a point where there is a heavy item such as appliance or piece of furniture that is just too heavy for them to lift. Rather than asking multiple friends and family members to come over to try to help, homeowners can just as easily call a dumpster service company such as my own to come over and get that item out right away.
The most common calls we get are from people who own rental properties that need to be cleaned out. There is no telling what types of things are in these residences, but with just one phone call that person can reach me here at Charlotte Dumpster Service, and I will have a team of guys who can clean out the property right away.

As a general rule, though, typically if I go to someone’s house and pick up one item, then for something like that I will charge the person $99 for the pick up. And then if we do labor, such as if we clean out a rental property or home, then that is an extra charge.

Whether you’re a homeowner or a business owner, there is no reason to struggle — and possibly hurt yourself — trying to remove anything that’s extremely heavy.
