Group Travel on a Jet Charter Service

John Rusinak | January 4, 2010

John Rusinak is managing member of Wings Jets, a private jet charter service provider that prides itself on customizing every flight for every client. Here, Rusinak talks about group travel, which is just one of the many services that Wings Jets provides.

Besides light, mid-sized and heavy jets, here at Wings Jets we also cater to larger jets. Heavy jets can fly with 14 or 16 people on board. For groups larger than that, we also have within our partner network aircraft that can accommodate 30 to 130 passengers.

For groups of that size, we have first and coach class. As with all our services, it all depends on what the clients want. We cannot think of a better service for group jet travel, whether you are flying for business or pleasure.

Benefits for Larger Groups

Think about what would happen if one cohesive group decides to go to a function together, perhaps to a football game in another city, or a family reunion somewhere. If the group is large, you cannot simply call United Airlines and book 50 seats on the same flight.

What we do is different. We bring the jet to our clients’ airport, we work on their schedule, we go to whatever functions they want. We arrange all the details as far as the flight is concerned and then we can also do all the travel arrangements necessary to make the most from their trip.

Advanced Concierge Services

That means that we can make all our concierge services at their disposal, meaning we can provide whatever type of meals they want on the flight. We can do all the hotel arrangements, help with catering even on the ground, and take care of all their ground transportation requirements. We do whatever possible to make the group travel private jet experience as memorable as possible.

At Wings Jets, we offer guaranteed availability 365 days a year, we have fixed fees and unsurpassed comprehensive safety standards. It’s a far cry from commercial jet travel, which is why our clients come back again and again.
