John Rusinak is with Wings Jets, a boutique private jet charter service provider that offers members an alternative to fractional ownership and leading card programs. Here he talks about how Wings Jets differs from other companies, and how it gives value and quality for money.
Wings Jets is a boutique level jet service provider, or jet charter service provider. We offer the most in flexibility and flight customization. One of our tag lines is quality, customization, safety and value. Another one of our tag lines is what we call “the pleasure of yes.”
In line with the boutique level services that we offer, we differentiate ourselves from the competition in that most entities in our space have predefined program rules, allowables and offerings. We, on the other hand, are totally flexible, so we respond specifically to the clients’ needs. Inherently our system of airplane or jet membership allows greater flexibility, as opposed to what fractional membership programs offer.
Different Model Offerings
We offer all model offerings in the light, mid-sized and heavy jet categories, all models within those three categories, and we also have aircraft within our partner network. They are constantly in motion around all the four corners of the country.
Saying that, we also fly as well as Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and other countries worldwide. We fly to Europe as the next most popular destination outside the United States. We also fly to Asia, although the lion’s share of our business is domestic.
Short Response Time
We offer a five-hour response time guarantee where we will source the jet size of your choice, and have it waiting at the airport of your choice, in five hours or less. We offer two types of memberships. They are:
- A full membership where people put money on account, the account acts as a debit program, and money is deducted as people fly.
- Charter on demand, where reservations for the jet can be held by a credit card. Payment arrangements are then made after completion of the flight.
Once people start flying privately, it is tough to go back to commercial flying. It is all about the comfort, the convenience and the privacy. We set ourselves apart with convenience by offering flexible wait times and discount flights, as well as empty leg flights. So even if people schedule a flight at a particular time, we understand that schedules change and disruptions happen. So we do at our best to coordinate to make people happy. The minimum the jet waits is 90 minutes. But if they are going to be even later than that, as long as the clients call us, we do our best to hold the jet as long as possible.
