The Dangers of Having Too Much Junk

There’s no question that the more junk you have around, the more unpleasant certain aspects of home life become. Junk limits the amount of accessible storage space available in the home, making it difficult to find room for the things that might truly be necessary on a daily basis, such as clothing, cookware, and tools. The presence of junk can also take an emotional toll on some. People with greater amounts of junk tend to have messier homes, which can be a source of embarrassment in the face of company. There’s also something generally frustrating about walking around your own house and seeing junk popping out of corners everywhere.

While most people would agree that having junk around can be quite exasperating, many don’t realize that there is an actual danger in having too much junk on hand.
