What happens when a huge office moves premises or closes down, or when storage facilities have customers who neglect to pay their bills? That’s where a professional waste management company like 1-800 Dump Runs of Hartford LLC comes into play, says Operations Manager James Brown Jr. Here, he talks about what services his firm provides to commercial businesses.
At Dump Runs, we are often asked to go in and clean out commercial facilities for companies that have either closed down or moved to a larger or smaller location. We will go in and clean out their buildings to whatever specification they want, depending on their own needs and wants.
Our motto is “No Job Too Big Or Too Small,” and we have had a couple of large commercial clean-outs recently. We have cleaned out an advertising company, which was somewhere in the neighborhood of a 24,000 square foot facility. We cleaned out all the cubicle walls, the furniture, the desks, the chairs. In effect, we brought it back to an empty facility.
Storage Facilities
We have other commercial customers who ask us to go in and clean out their storage facilities. We have a couple of plumbers who regularly bring all the debris back to their warehouses. We go out on an on-call basis and clean out their warehouses for them, so they have more space to store things.
We do the same thing that we do with plumbers with contractors and other businesses that nature. They will actually do the work onsite and bring the debris back to a centralized location, their warehouse or garage.
Some of the storage facilities call us out if they have customers who do not pay. Any debris that is left over it is our job to collect. We will go in and clean out the different units for them as well. Most of the facilities we have an agreement with so they have our information on file and know when to call us.
