Cindy Cote, current owner of Cote’s Auto Body, helped her father whenever she could over the 32 years that he was running the business. Cindy was regularly in the shop after school, on weekends, and during school vacations. Cindy felt it was a “no brainer” to take over the family business when her father retired.
Cote’s Auto Body was always a small shop but it had built a great clientele and relationships over the years.
“I’ve seen generations pass through the shop,” explained Cindy. “I served parents and now I find that I am working with their children. I love being able to help them all.”
An Apprehensive Marketer
However, Cote’s Auto Body’s current clientele wasn’t enough to keep the business running. And unfortunately getting success from marketing didn’t come easily to Cindy.
“I tried one thing after another – newspaper ads, local print ads - and nothing seemed to work for the shop,” said Cindy.
Every failed attempt left her more disappointed and upset.
When a Yodle representative contacted Cindy about their services, she was hesitant to listen at first. Cindy commented: “I was very skeptical. I didn’t think anything could work for the shop but I listened anyway and after a while I realized that I had to get my business placed on the major search engines.” Cindy decided to sign up for Yodle at the end of the call.

Cindy is happy with her decision.
Cote’s Auto Body receives over 50 leads each month and Cindy shared that “I’m very impressed with all of the calls that we receive. I’ve gotten a lot of new business because of Yodle.”
