Yodle, a leading provider local search advertising and online lead generation services to small businesses continues to grow and we are actively looking to hire a City Manager. Based out of our Philadelphia office, this is a unique opportunity to manage a sales team that is responsible for B2B sales of on-line advertising solutions for our cutting edge local search marketing advertising solutions.
Overview:
In this critical role, our ideal candidate is a highly experienced and motivated Sales Manager with a minimum of three years experience mentoring and motivating a regional team of field sales reps.

Responsibilities:

Core responsibilities:
• Work with senior management to drive sales planning, establish sales objectives and forecast monthly new business sales projections.
• Achieve sales goals of your sales team by mentoring, planning, coaching, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Consistently grow monthly sales volume to achieve company revenue goals.
• Builds a customer centric orientation and drives acquisition of high quality customers that consistently renew.
• Provide proactive sales management including, but not limited to: monitor discounts, approved segments, appropriate budget set per client, sales rep
CRM compliance and sales rep activity and productivity levels.
• Provide region specific insights regarding pricing, product and marketing campaigns.
• Develops territory and account strategies to support and attain quota in territory.
• Focuses the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customers’ current and future needs utilizing solution selling models.
• Provides strong leadership to drive and overachieve key expectations.
• Maintains company values and demands the highest standards of conduct from self and others.
• Represents Yodle at industry trade associations and events.
• Understands the market, the customer and the competition.

Qualifications:
• Two to three years of successful B2B sales management experience preferred.
• Five plus years successful sales experience with a consistent track record of overachieving sales quota expectations in a B2B environment
• Excellent people management skills including conflict resolution, coaching and developing others, promoting teamwork, and performance management.
• Experience with sales automation software, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
