Technical Support Analyst

We are looking for a highly talented Help Desk/MIS Analyst to make an impact at a rapidly growing start-up company. Responsibilities
- Provide on-site troubleshooting, training and tech support at the desktop level
- Provide telephone/remote tech support to end users
- Perform software installs and updates
- Maintain accurate client network documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation
- Set up PCs, printers, peripherals and networking equipment
- Manage Computers, users and policy in Active Directory
- Assist in administration of Network equip and servers
Requirements:
- Desire to provide excellent service
- Solid PC troubleshooting skills
- Strong skills in use of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
- Solid skills in other common business applications
- Understanding of network configuration at the desktop level
- Good communication skills for end-user training and tutorial
- Solid PC & laptop hardware, software and Windows operating system knowledge
- A+ and/or Network+ certifications a plus
Good Extras:
- Some knowledge of/desire to learn Unix/Linux/BSD
- Scripting for Windows
- Large-scale Active Directory experience
- Experience managing mail in an MS Exchange environment
