As Vice President of Client Services, Erin Brockman is responsible for driving customer satisfaction to our thousands of local business clients across North America. Prior to Yodle, Erin served as the VP of Operations for Yahoo! HotJobs, where she successfully led the transition from a high-growth start-up in 2001 to an industry-leading media and recruitment solutions business today. Prior to Yahoo!, Erin served in management positions at GotSchool Market and Kozmo.com and started her career in Change Management consulting at Accenture.
