Court Cunningham

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Yodle, Court oversees all aspects of operations and strategy, including technology, product development and sales and marketing. Court joined Yodle as CEO in 2007 when it had 10 employees and 200 customers. Today, Yodle has over 700 employees serving tens of thousands local businesses in the top 40 major metros across the United States. Prior to joining Yodle, Court held the position of COO at Community Connect, a niche social networking company, where he lead consumer marketing, product development and business development efforts. Prior to Community Connect, Court served as SVP & General Manager of the Marketing Automation group at DoubleClick, where he built DARTmail into a $60 million industry leading email marketing solution that was sold to Epsilon in 2005.

Court received a BA in English from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Court is also the co-author of Local Online Advertising for Dummies, the first ever comprehensive book covering online advertising for local businesses.

David Rubin

SVP of Sales

As SVP of Sales, David is responsible for Yodle’s overall local, national and partner sales strategy. Previously CEO of ProfitFuel, Mr. Rubin joined the company as part of Yodle’s acquisition of the ProfitFuel business in May 2011.  David has a proven 20 year track record as a successful CEO and sales leader in the technology space. 

Prior to ProfitFuel, Mr. Rubin was founder and CEO of HomeCity, an online real estate brokerage that pioneered utilizing web-based content to acquire customers. Before founding HomeCity, Mr. Rubin served as Vice President of New Services Development at Intraware, where he led the development of new eMarketplace services for their more than 5000 enterprise customers. Prior to its acquisition by Intraware, as founder and CEO of BITSource, Mr. Rubin pioneered the electronic delivery of software volume licensing and was named one of the “50 smartest people in the computer reseller channel” by SmartReseller magazine. Previously, Mr. Rubin served as the National Sales Director for a Houston-based reseller, Computize, and transformed the company from a regional retailer to one of the nation’s 50 largest corporate computer resellers.

Louis Gagnon

Chief Product and Marketing Officer

As CPMO, Louis leads a team that is responsible for leveraging data, technology and marketing expertise to bring to market a suite of products and services that enables millions of local businesses to effectively market themselves without having to spend a significant amount of time, energy and money.

Prior to joining Yodle, Louis was Senior Vice-President, Global Products at Monster Worldwide where he and his team spearheaded a major transformation of the company’s value-proposition through the delivery of an unprecedented amount of product innovations.  Prior to his US assignment, Louis was Vice-President of Product and Marketing at Monster in Canada where he was named “Marketer that Matters” by the Marketing Magazine and “Personality of the Year” by the Montreal chapter of the American Marketing Association.  Prior to Monster, Louis had built a long and successful career as an Internet and Social entrepreneur around the world.

Louis received a BBA from Laval University and an MSc in Marketing from HEC-Montreal.  His work has been featured in many business magazines, including The Economist.

Denise Stott

VP of Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources, Denise Stott is responsible for leading all aspects of people development at Yodle.  Prior to Yodle, Denise served as SVP of Human Resources at ZenithOptimedia.  She also held leadership roles at DoubleClick, including management of the HR function for Asia, Europe and the UK as well as leading the staffing and organizational development functions.  Denise has held a variety of HR roles at several notable companies including:  Bank of America, Taco Bell (PepsiCo), Citibank, Blockbuster, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Vanderbilt University.

Denise holds a BS in Mathematical Economics from Tulane University and an MBA in Human Resources and Organizational Management from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.

John Merryman

Chief Technology Officer

As CTO at Yodle, John is responsible for the technical vision and the development and operation of Yodle’s innovative technology platform. Merryman came to Yodle from Didit Search Marketing, where he also served as CTO. At Didit John lead the strategy and development of their bidding optimization engine, Maestro, as well as designed custom solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises.  Prior to Didit, John held various management positions at DoubleClick including spearheading the DART API Project and product management for DART for Advertisers.

John earned his BS in Computer Science and MA in Science Writing from Johns Hopkins University.

Michael Gordon

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer at Yodle, Michael oversees all aspects of finance, accounting, corporate development and legal affairs.  Prior to joining Yodle, Michael was a Managing Director in the Media and Telecom investment banking group at Merrill Lynch, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising transactions.  Previously, Michael worked in brand management at Procter & Gamble. He is on the Board of Directors of Share Our Strength, one of the nation’s leading anti-hunger organizations.

Michael received an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Milind Mehere

VP of Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, and part of the founding team at Yodle, Milind Mehere is responsible for expanding Yodle’s Advertising network through distribution & media partnerships. Previously, Milind led the client operations team that was responsible for account management. Prior to Yodle, Milind was Director of Global Solutions Engineering at OATSystems (acq. by Check Point Systems-CKP) and was responsible for sales engineering and industry solutions. He also held several leadership roles at i2 Technologies, a supply chain management company, where he helped launch i2’s ASP/B2B online exchange for small and medium businesses.

Milind has an MS in Industrial Engineering from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bombay.

Erin Brockman

SVP of Client Services

As Senior Vice President of Client Services, Erin Brockman is responsible for driving customer satisfaction to our thousands of local business clients across North America.  Prior to Yodle, Erin served as the VP of Operations for Yahoo! HotJobs, where she successfully led the transition from a high-growth start-up in 2001 to an industry-leading media and recruitment solutions business today. Prior to Yahoo!, Erin served in management positions at GotSchool Market and Kozmo.com and started her career in Change Management consulting at Accenture.

Erin is a graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelors of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations.
