Yodle is looking to hire a talented HR Business Partner to be based out of our New York office. This position supports all Human Resources responsibilities for the sales and client services teams, with offices in Boston, Philadelphia, Scottsdale, Charlotte and New York.

Position Overview
The HR Business Partner for Sales & Client Services is responsible for all human capital activities within the functional areas. The role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders in both functions, providing expert advice in the areas of talent management & development, compensation, and organizational development. The business partner is an integral part of the senior HR team, participating heavily in the development and introduction of HR programs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fundamental HR processes such as goal setting, development planning and performance appraisal.
• Acts as a coach & guide on people management & organizational issues.
• Provide expert advice on development and application of compensation and benefit programs.
• Monitor organizational culture, making suggestions for improvement, implementing actions.
• Oversee all immigration matters for the business unit.
• Manage employee relations issues / investigations / guide conflict resolution.
• Provide input into & ensure relevance of key HR programs
• Recommend and lead organizational change initiatives based on business needs

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or human-resources related field
• 10+ years of progressively responsible “hands on” experience in Human Resources, with a minimal of five(5) years in a Generalist function.
• Ideally, will have prior experience supporting a sales function
• Proven ability to create, implement and maintain key HR processes
• Demonstrated proficiency partnering with and influencing senior business leaders
• Superior oral & written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Bias for action, ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information; strong ethics, integrity & judgment
• Team player who is willing to get “hands dirty” and wear different “hats”
