My name is DeLane Patterson and I'm the owner of Open Range Pest Control, LLC. We've been in business since 2001. I had tried many different types of advertising services from walking the streets, knocking on doors, hanging flyers, business cards to print ads, magazines, different local things. I didn't have a lot of luck with those, and that's when I found Yodle.

I was skeptical when I first talked to the people at Yodle, but leads have definitely come in. My phone rings some days off the hook with new calls from Yodle and it's definitely gotten better as time has passed as well. I have been burned in the past by different companies who promise me that they're going to get me to the top of the Google search listings. Nobody else has actually been able to do it as effectively as what Yodle has been able to do it for us.

The sales person that contacted me initially from Yodle, he knew the product that he was selling to me very well. Never felt pressured by him, and they were very willing to work with me. I have received over 90 new leads from Yodle. That one Yodle customer that comes through could turn into a whole lot more from there.

With other places that I've been or used before felt like literally after I gave them my credit card number, that was the last time I ever heard from them again. With Yodle, they actually follow up with me. They are the ones calling me to see how things are going.

The adversite that they put together for me, it was excellent, has all the information on there that I wanted to have on there, and that's something that the customers that are surfing the internet out there want to see.

One of the good things about Yodle is being able to put my pictures of the work that I've done, happy customers, things like that, very easily upload them onto my adversite so that my potential clients out there can see just who we really are. It's very easy for me to take my cellphone snap some pictures of my work and upload them onto the site.

Nowadays everybody knows that reviews are extremely important. Yodle really puts it out there. They're good reviews from actual customers. If you have a small business, you've got to get on the upper rankings of the pages and Yodle can definitely help you do that.

I referred several folks out already to Yodle and hopefully we can continue to earn money and earn new business together.
