I'm Stefan Figley, the chief marketing officer for Merry Maids, the largest residential cleaning company in the United States. Merry Maids has faced the support for their own franchise owners of over 500 offices in the US. The ever changing marketing mix that's been going on in the marketing landscape has been a multiple aspect of challenges for us. We've been working with Yodle for a little over four years now.
We've had other vendors come in and try to sell us different aspects but after some tests we’ve found that we can't get anything near the analytic support that Yodle offers us, and that's something that is what is desperately needed in this industry at this time. As we onboard for Merry Maids, at the very beginning it was a very smooth process. Yodle provides an account representative to our franchise owner, or the local office and they work together.
We have Yodle and our local office involved in setting up the account, so that they can get the right information to Yodle, and we have the most effective aspects happening as quickly as possible. We've been able to migrate our owners from more traditional marketing channels to the digital marketing channel in a much more fluid way, and a much more expedited manner.
The results that are provided through the dashboard that Yodle offers proves to the owners that their marketing dollars that they're spending are doing something for their business. With Yodle I like the customer support, that is definitely the number one aspect as a franchiser, that I have extra support as I deal with multiple offices, and multiple businesses. That's important as we have to help answer any questions from our local franchise owners, so that we keep their business moving smoothly. There are so many changes that happen on an annual basis within the digital search environment that it’s very difficult for a small business owner let alone me in a corporate role to follow each and every change. So having a partner that is aware of the changes, and working to help alleviate some of the issues that happen because of the changes, is very important to us.
