My name is Greg Bowen, I'm president of Alliance Restoration. We specialize in mold remediation and prevention. Before Yodle, our biggest marketing challenges were we'd spend a lot of money on print, direct marketing, yellow pages and also spent a lot of time working on our website but we weren't able to generate internet leads.
We decided to sign up with Yodle because we looked at some of the other players in the industry but were shocked by the expense, we were considering spending a significant amount of money with no promise of organic growth. Yodle offered us twice the service at half the price so for us it was a no-brainer.
We were a little skeptical, at first, to sign up because we were concerned about what the website would look like. We didn't want a website that just was thrown together and looked like it was for the sole purpose of generating leads, we wanted one that actually gave customers information and solutions.

Yodle has impacted our business a great deal, we've been in business over eight years and we've seen steady growth but nothing as phenomenal as what we've seen with Yodle. Our first quarter, 2014, is up over 90% of our 2013 first quarter and to us that's a sign that we need to leave the internet strategy to the professionals at Yodle and let them do what they do and we do what we do.
Customer service at Yodle has been excellent. Our rep follows up with us and checks in on us tweaking stuff. What I like most about Yodle is we don't have to do anything, they take care of it all. They work on our internet strategy so that we can focus on our business.
My advice to other small business owners is to give Yodle 90 days, see what happens, let them prove it to you, we weren't disappointed.
