Jason Reynolds, owner of a MAACO shop specializing in auto painting and auto body repair, had a problem. His new shop was not attracting customers because of a bad reputation left behind by the previous seedy auto shop. His prospects didn't realize this was now a MAACO franchise.

Jason met the Yodle team at the 2011 National MAACO Convention and signed up. He wanted to drive business by letting consumers know there was a new shop – with a great reputation – at the location.

Solution

Jason is impressed with the level of geographic exposure Yodle has helped him build. “For a long time most of our customers were coming from the Northeast area [of DC]. Now we're getting customers all the way from Virginia and the Southwest [area of DC].”

The increase in sales speaks to the fact consumers know there's a new shop in town with a great reputation. According to Jason, the shop now generates $11-15,000 in weekly business – a 100% increase since working with Yodle. “A lot of it has to do with Yodle,” says Jason, “we're getting a lot of web inquiries and Yodle phone calls.”

Jason is thrilled with Yodle. “It's extremely visible. It's not like you paid for something and then have no idea what's going on,” explains Jason, “I know it's working.”
