We are seeking a Director of Real Estate and Office Management who will be responsible for managing the real estate, office administration & facilities for Yodle’s multiple offices. The ideal person will thrive in an exceptionally fast paced, high volume environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s real estate portfolio
- Execute real estate transactions, including negotiating & managing leases for expansion and renewal
- Lead the company’s facilities and office management function, including, conference rooms, copiers, and general office maintenance, improvements and repair, etc.
- Oversee all real estate and facilities related vendor relationships (e.g. brokers, utilities, vendors etc)
- Manage purchasing of supplies for all offices and negotiating vendor contracts
- Manage 4-5 reception/administrative employees
Qualifications
- Experience with real estate transactions, strong negotiation & project management skills
- Previous office management or related experience
- Ability to learn on the fly and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to dig in and “get your hands dirty”
- Strong business acumen and drive for results
- Exceptional customer focus
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Bachelors degree preferred
