Director of Real Estate and Office Management

We are seeking a Director of Real Estate and Office Management who will be responsible for managing the real estate, office administration & facilities for Yodle’s multiple offices. The ideal person will thrive in an exceptionally fast paced, high volume environment.
 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the company’s real estate portfolio
  • Execute real estate transactions, including negotiating & managing leases for expansion and renewal
  • Lead the company’s facilities and office management function, including, conference rooms, copiers, and general office maintenance, improvements and repair, etc.
  • Oversee all real estate and facilities related vendor relationships (e.g. brokers, utilities, vendors etc)
  • Manage purchasing of supplies for all offices and negotiating vendor contracts
  • Manage 4-5 reception/administrative employees

Qualifications

  • Experience with real estate transactions, strong negotiation & project management skills
  • Previous office management or related experience
  • Ability to learn on the fly and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Willingness to dig in and “get your hands dirty”
  • Strong business acumen and drive for results
  • Exceptional customer focus
  • Strong Problem solving skills
  • Bachelors degree preferred
