Responsibilities
- Monitor Sales and Non Sales Calls and evaluate call quality based on the guidelines that are set forth
- Monitor QA requests from Client Services to investigate customer complaints
- Monitor Closing Scripts part of the day
- Meet daily expectations for number of calls monitored
- Extract key details from monitored calls to help compile call libraries of key call elements
- Provide feedback in written form to Management to drive improvements
- Assist in ad hoc projects as requested by Manager
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written Communication Skills
- Ability to focus on detailed projects for long periods of time
- Skilled in the area of paying attention to detail
- Strong product knowledge
- Well versed in Quality Guidelines
- Low Cancel Rate and Chargeback Performance (Sales Agents)
