Client Data Administrator Temp to Perm

The primary functions of the Data Entry position is take information provided by our clients, collect Google PINs and enter the appropriate and necessary data accurately into our systems.  This information is used in building our client’s websites and getting them the best rankings.
 

Responsibilities

  • Highly Internet savvy
  • Able to type and maintain/submit daily CRM account records on a computer
  • Very detail oriented, methodical with excellent follow through
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Word
  • HTML expertise highly preferred

Qualifications

  • Enter information provided by clients in their Business Profile Form into our systems.
  • Proof read and edit information for spelling and grammar errors and correct as necessary.
  • Edit and load pictures, logos, testimonials and other required information with a focus on building a professional website for our customers.
  • When required and approved, take information from a client’s existing website to complete the website we are building.
  • Make changes to the websites as requested by our customers and internal Client Services agents.
  • Create and maintain accurate customer records using Sugar and Sellfire.
  • Other duties as assigned.
