I'm Andre Hogan. I'm a partner with the law firm of Hogan-Kimrey, LLP. Prior to using Yodle, the way we were getting clients was we were sending out direct mail to any potential client. The challenges involved in doing direct mail is that by the time the letters actually get to the potential client, they've already hired other attorneys.
The services that I have set up with Yodle is they develop a web site for me, and they also are doing the search engine optimization. We started off November of 2010, and we started off with a smaller package, the minimum package. Then once we saw how well they did then, in January, two months later, we went up to a higher package.
We decided to work with Yodle because when we started off with the smaller package we saw how well we were doing, and we were doing a hundred and fifty calls a month. We saw that was great, so then we upped the package. We're receiving four hundred calls a month. Prior to Yodle, I don't know how many calls we were getting but I only had one assistant. We weren't that busy.
Ever since Yodle came up, now we're up to five assistants and four attorneys. The best thing I like about Yodle is the fact that I can check how many calls we're getting a month, and if I choose to I can actually listen in to those calls and see how many of those calls actually turn into business.
The customer service at Yodle's been great. Our account manager, Jess, she has been wonderful. If I need something, I can shoot her an e-mail, and she responds quickly. I foresee using Yodle in the future in helping us establish a web presence in all the metropolitan areas of North Carolina. We plan to open up offices in Raleigh, Charlotte, Greensboro and Winston-Salem. We would love to have Yodle help us set up a web presence there.
