My name is Douglas Lechlitner, and I am the second generation owner of Lechlitner Doors Sales & Service.
Before using Yodle, our biggest challenges were customer accessibility and market presence. I've become aware that the internet advertising is a larger and larger segment of the advertising pie, and so I just wanted to give it a try.

For me, it's been great. We've accomplished the things that I wanted to accomplish. We have gained market presence, and plus we've gained accessibility even for existing customers.
Dealing with Yodle's customer service has been very easy. They're very professional and they see to my needs immediately. I like the tracking features that they have, that I can track my phone calls. Also, I can go back and re-listen to my phone calls, because they're all recorded. So it's been a very helpful tool in dealing with the customers' needs and wants.
I will definitely be using Yodle at the same extent I am now. But I also may up it, depending on how it continues to grow our business. I foresee using Yodle for a long time to come. My advice to any company is you'll never know unless you try it. Due to the short term contract and the low outlay of cash, I think it's an investment well worth giving a try.
